Save our Railways: Rally and Lobby of Parliament

Methodist Central Hall, Westminster, London

Called by the Rail Unions, ASLEF, RMT, TSSA, the McNulty Report recommends widespread change of Britain’s railways and the ConDem government is due to announce which parts they will adopt at the end of November.

The TUC Congress in September unanimously voted to support the campaign to stop the decimation of Britain’s railways which McNulty proposes.

This means that the entire trade union movement is behind our opposition to cuts in the railway industry which will see services lost and jobs cut all so that the private operators can enhance their profits and the government cut their financial support.

Join us in opposing these cuts by:

     Attending the rally
     Lobbying your MP
Signing up to Together for Transport
Telling your friends, neighbours and work colleagues about how they can help.

Further advice will be published shortly about how to lobby your MP.

See you there?
